This papdi chaat shop is quite famous. Just hearing the name of their Papdi Chaat makes the mouth water. The most spicy and delicious golgappa and papdi chaat in Banka district is available at this shop. To eat this papdi chaat, you will have to come to a shop known as Guddu Chaat seller near Amarpur bus stand. During the journey, people do not forget to stop here and taste the chaat. The special thing is that the shop of Guddu Chaat seller is 20 years old, but the craze for the taste is still intact.

Shopkeeper Guddu Poddar told that he has been serving spicy chaat to people near Amarpur bus stand for 20 years. Earlier, they used to sell chaat by setting up a stall here. But now the auto itself has been converted into a shop. Now this auto has become a mobile shop. Every day they park their autos near the bus stand and sell chaat. They take auto and go home late in the evening. Now it has become an everyday thing. Guddu told that people are served spicy chaat for just Rs 20. More crowd gathers in the evening to eat it. He told that Papdi Chaat is prepared by mixing papdi, chickpeas, chaat masala, finely chopped onion, curd, three types of chutneys and tamarind water. Apart from being spicy, it is also excellent in taste.

Sales worth Rs 4,000 are made every day
Shopkeeper Guddu Poddar told that apart from this they also feed Golgappa to the people. The customers who ate Papdi chaat told that it is the most famous chaat shop of Amarpur. Elsewhere in the city, chaat is available for Rs 35, but Guddu still serves it for Rs 20 only. Shopkeeper Guddu Poddar told that while struggling with unemployment, he was not able to understand what to do. Then the thought of running a chaat shop came to my mind. After this he started roaming around selling chaat. When circumstances changed, the auto was converted into a shop. Now daily sales range from Rs 3500 to Rs 4 thousand.
